Application of Antioxidant DTPD 3100 CAS 68953-84-4

Antioxidant DTPD (3100), which can be classified in p-phenylene antioxidant groups, is an excellent antiozonant to neoprene rubber. It is widely used in the tire industry and rubber products.

1.DTPD can resist ozone. Its capacity of anti - flex cracking effect and ozone layer protection is similar to antioxidant 4010 NA and 4020.

2.DTPD, particularly mixed with 4020 or 4010 NA, can extend the service life of tires effectively. Antioxidant 4020 and 4010 NA provide the short-term protection, while DTPD provides long-term protection.

3.DTPD has no influence on vulcanization. It applies to truck tire, off-the-road tire, diagonal tire and radial ply tirewhich is used in hard circumstance.

4.DTPD can also repair the deficiency that tires turn red due to antioxidant 4010 NA or 4020.
