Colourless or light yellow transparent oily liquid,b.p.160℃(4mmHg),freezing point -70℃,viscosity 12 c.p.(20℃).
Insoluble in water,soluble in many organic solvents.
Used as agglutinate in PVC or plasticizer in resins.

Packed in 200 liter iron drum,net weight 220 kg/drum.
Stored at dry,shady,ventilated place. Prevented from collision and sunrays,rain-attack during handling and shipping.

If skin get in touch with,taking off the contaminated clothes,washed off with plenty of water and soap water thoroughly. If the eye get in touch with,rinsed out with plenty of water with the eyelid held wide open immediately for fifteen minutes. Get medical aid.
